Welcome to Ayun Yoga,

the place where movement brings us pure joy.

The word Ayün literally means “to love” in the language of the Mapuche, Latin American natives. Yet its broader concept describes the beauty of “seeing the light in others” as well as in yourself. This inspires us and is one of the many reasons for practicing yoga.

Ayun Yoga offers weekly Hatha Flow yoga classes at the Rive Stories studio. Both exercise and relaxation play an important role, leaving you with a feeling of ease and calmness to enjoy throughout the week.

All are welcome here.

Hope to see you soon!

Meet Annabel

In 2024, I completed a holistic 2-year Yoga Teacher Training, with a 500-hour certification recognized by Yoga Alliance. The journey included an intensive practice of Hatha, Kundalini, Bhakti, Raja, Jnana and Karma yoga. We dived into classical yoga scriptures, studied human anatomy, physiology and kinematics, and my confidence as a yoga teacher grew.

Since then, I have been teaching energetic and classic hatha yoga with much fulfilment and gratitude. As a teacher I am committed to creating a fun and open environment in which you can let your inner yogi(ni) shine.

There is no right or wrong way of practicing yoga, only a loving way.
